Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Web IQ, a service operated by Webiq, Inc. (“Web IQ”, “we”, “us”), the website at usewebiq.com, and the associated dashboard, API, and MCP server. By creating an account or using Web IQ in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Web IQ crawls websites you point it at, analyses them for conversion, design, and SEO leaks, compares them to competitors, and generates copy-paste fix prompts. Results are provided for your own use and judgement — they are informational, not guarantees of any particular outcome.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Web IQ. If you use Web IQ on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly through our contact form or at legal@usewebiq.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

You may only scan sites you own or are authorised to analyse. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Web IQ complies with the terms, robots directives, and applicable laws governing any site you submit. Do not use Web IQ to scan sites in a way that infringes others’ rights or overloads their infrastructure.

Some features are free and others consume credits or require a paid plan. Pricing and limits are shown in the product and may change; we’ll give notice of material changes to paid terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• probe, overload, or attempt to disrupt Web IQ or its infrastructure;
• reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the service except as these Terms allow;
• scan sites you have no right to analyse.

Web IQ and its software, brand, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your own site content and of the scan results and fix prompts generated for you, which you are free to use to improve your site.

Web IQ relies on third-party providers (see our Privacy Policy) and may link to third-party tools. We are not responsible for those services’ content or availability.

We work to keep Web IQ available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend the service for maintenance or security.

Web IQ is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that scan results or fix prompts are complete, error-free, or will produce any specific business result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web IQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify Web IQ against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms, including scanning sites you were not authorised to analyse.

You may stop using Web IQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Webiq, Inc., and any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
